isy to eisy migration issues

Featured Replies

Just migrated yesterday from isy994 to eisy using the isy backup file.

Cannot turn off/on lights in the admin console. UD Mobile does not work either.

Photos show the errors encountered. Any suggestion ?

If you change the ramp rate from 9 minutes to 0, does the light work. I dont think 9 minutes is supported even though it's an option.

9 minutes was removed and changed to a maximum of 8 minutes. For many of the modules over the years. Though the reasoning for it I can't remember.

It seems that the PLM does not work properly. It shows as not connected even though it is connected. This is a brand new PLM 2413U. Is there any way to test the PLM ?

And on top of all issues, the system is endlessly busy and the devices are in the writing state.

Any help would be appreciated.

Or a link to guide me to start over the migration again.

When I set up my eisy (new setup) I had the not connected problem. It took an unplug/replug (or 2) and then showed connected and that was the end of it

I'd try that and see what happens with the green update icons. If still there try right clicking on one and pick "write updates to device"

Thanks paulbates for your suggestions. Unfortunately, it did not work.

So I did a factory reset on the PLM, replug on the eisy and then the PLM shows as connected.

Then, I restored the PLM and everything works fine now.
