ISY994i with Minoston s2 remote control switch (800S)

I am trying to include the 'Minoston S2 remote control switch (800S)' 4 button z-wave switch to my network.  It successfully "includes", but it is only visible as a single device on my ISY994i when using the 'UD Administrative Console'.   As such, I'm not clear on how to write a program to test the button press of the for individual buttons.  I'm clearly missing something.  

I saw the solution in the link below but cannot find the option "turn on compatibility mode and synchronize - update with interview" so I'm assuming that only applies to ZMatter.

Here are the status of my system/updates (I know '2020' was a long time ago, but to this point I was perusing the "don't touch it if it works" method of firmware updates!  ).

Any help would be appreciated.

Vendor replied and said that this device is not compatible for ISY994i.
