Dodger Posted May 23, 2010 Share Posted May 23, 2010 I had a problem with my PLM and had to get a new on I got the powerLinks Modem serial interface dual-band 2413S When I use the RemoteLinc to turn Items on and off everything works great. When I use the computer all works except one remote control outlet. I tried to restore devices says no communication with device I tried start linking still nothing. Michel Kohanim Posted May 23, 2010 Share Posted May 23, 2010 Hi Dodger, It seems that for some reason the signal is not getting from your PLM to your outletlinc. Would you please ensure that the wires to your outletlinc are connected properly. Especially the neutral wire. Otherwise, I would have to assume that your outletlinc is on a different phase than your PLM. If you have any access points, you want to ensure that the access point is bridging the phases.
