jpoje Posted July 2 Posted July 2 (edited) Yesterday, I started receiving the following error when trying to create a new scene in eIsy IoX (admin console): Error: Add Scene Incomplete (name of scene) [-2000000/-14] This error reminded me of a similar error I received (a long time ago) on ISY994i (unable to add new scene). It was recommended I upgrade to "PRO" version of ISY994i, which I did, and solved that issue. So what does this error mean on eIsy and how do I correct it? Thanks! Edited July 2 by jpoje Quote

jpoje Posted July 2 Author Posted July 2 Just updated Firmware and UI to 5.8.4. and replaced my PLM (it was 5 years old and I have several replacements on stand-by). I am still receiving the ERROR "Add scene incomplete"? Quote
Techman Posted July 2 Posted July 2 Are you able to see the scene in your device tree that you're trying to create? Quote
Techman Posted July 2 Posted July 2 (edited) After you upgraded to 5.8.4 did you clear your java cache and download the IoX Launcher? Also make sure there are no unusual characters in your scene name Edited July 2 by Techman Quote
jpoje Posted July 2 Author Posted July 2 I just cleared cache and downloaded Launcher. Admin Console could not load nodes, do you want to close, so I closed Admin Console, then Launcher was not able to find. I power cycled PLM and eIsy and was able to bring up AC again. Tried to create scene called "house" and below is a slightly different error message regarding a config file? Quote
Techman Posted July 2 Posted July 2 You may have a corrupt config file. Clear your windows temporary files, you want to delete the temporary files in the attached screenshot. If that doesn't fix your issue then it's best to submit a support ticket https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets Quote
jpoje Posted July 2 Author Posted July 2 Okay, thank you for your help. I've deleted windows temp files, still have error message, but slightly different. I will open a ticket. Quote
