Crashes when trying to add eisy

Subject says it all.   UD Mobile app crashes whenever I try to add my new eisy.

Anyone having similar issues?

Android or iOS?

App Version?

Firmware Version?

At what point does the app crash?  Button press, synchronization, etc.

Deleted and reinstalled app.  Now, it crashes as soon as I try to open it. 
Android 10.
Can't get any app version info now that it won't open, but it should be the latest version given I just reinstalled it.

 

Is your device a "DuraForce PRO 2 With Sapphire Shield" ?

If that was your device, please try version 1.1.86, it may be a few hours before live in the Play Store..assuming the holiday does not delay the app review.
