n_sievers Posted July 22 Posted July 22 I have received the notice that the portal maintenance was completed but unfortunately my system's connectivity has not resumed. When logging into the portal, it is still showing as disconnected with no remote access to UD Mobile and Alexa connectivity. I am running a Polisy Pro on v5.8.4.
Solution bmercier Posted July 22 Solution Posted July 22 Please wait a few more minutes. Although the maintenance is completed, not all units have reconnected to the portal. We currently have about 75% of the units reconnected. I should have added that information in the notice.
