I used the Zooz 700 dongle for a while and got the 800 LR to replace it, when i removed the 700 everything was fine, when i installed the 800 LR it took it but it would not let me see anything i was adding. 

Dont understand why.   Question ..... is it supported and how do i get it to work ??  i was going to buy the zmatter dongle that UD sells but they are always out of stock..........

please help, much appreciated.

As far as I recall, there has been no notice from UD that the series 800 dongle was supported.

Your best bet is to open a support ticket.

Yes, thanks for the reply, I checked all over trying to find that answer and there is nothing, I was just wondering if anyone here tried to use the 800 LR USB and had success.

I didn't want to bother them with a support ticket if it's not supported.
