Edmund Lam Posted September 29 Share Posted September 29 I just did the EISY firmware update to 5.8.4. Now I can't login via MY ISY "start.jnlp". Use the current one, it reported that it was 5.8.3 and would need 5.8.4. Link to comment
Solution Geddy Posted September 29 Solution Share Posted September 29 @Edmund Lam be sure you clear your Java cache (selecting all three check boxes in the process). Download a new start.jnlp from the UD website (https://www.universal-devices.com/), clicking “MY ISY” on the top right of the image on the home page. This should fix the issue. Link to comment
