Program Switched On/Off trigger as an option for programs

Now that DSC alarms, thanks again to io-guy's contribution and of course UDI, (and soon to be Elk alarms) can be integrated to the ISY thru the network I have been thinking that the ability to run a program when another program just turns true or just turns false would be greatly beneficial. Not just the status of the program but actually just when that program switches states.

 

For instance take Switchlinc as a trigger in a program. In the If of a program you can select the status of that switch, or just when it turns on or turns off as a trigger. I would like to see the same thing for programs. Hopefully others would find it appealing as well, and hopefully it wouldn't be too difficult to implement.
