I've used the ISY 994i for about 15 years with my Z-Wave with total joy.  I recently had some sort of powerline glitch that took out my router and apparently took out my ability to connect ISY to Alexa.  This indicates it's time for me to move ahead.

I'm seeking opions on what I need to purchase from UDI to do the same Z-Wave installation as I had before, but of course updated to a new model.  I just do lighting.  No door locks, no sensors.  I use the ISY built in timers to turn lights on and off at specific times, and also use Alexa to control lighting as desired.  I'd also probably like to use some sort of mobile screen, perhaps the one from UDI.  I have no need to communicate from outside of my home.  No mobile use whatsoever.

The sort of questions I could use your thoughts on would be something on the order as to whether or not the new devices are as good as the exceptional ISY 994i with Z-Wave.  My Z-Wave with the 994i was so stable I can't think of a single shortcoming it had in 15 years of usage.

Hopefully, this gives you a picture of my rather simple requirements.  I'm not a technical guy or a programmer, but I didn't have need to be with the ISY 994i.  I'm hoping to duplicate that simplicity and stability.

Thanks for anything you can offer.  I'm ready to order.  I should also mention that I use Leviton Z-Wave components of varying age exclusively.

Assuming you'll get a eISY (the only controller model currently sold by UDI), you can either get a Zooz 700 series USB dongle if you only need Zwave, or the ZMatter dongle if you also want Zigbee and Matter functionality. Matter connectivity is not released yet.
