EISY wifi will not join wireless network

I start the UD mobile to setup the EISY to use WIFI.  However, it fails with an error message saying there are missing parameters and to check the SID and pass phrase.  I've done this many times and it refuses to connect.  I am using WPA2 on a UNFI Dream Router.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have moved my eisy from a wired connection and trying to set up a wifi connection. I am running into the same issue and error message and I too have tried many times. Looking at other related threads, I never see eisi broadcasting an SSID and looking at my router, I never see any attempt by eisy to associate with an AP. I am using a Mikrotik AX access point with WPA2 only. In one thread Michael said to double click the power button twice. Everything else says double click it once. I've tried both.
