Can't see certain devices now that my eisy is back from repair

I may have missed a step in trying to get my 8 button device to communicate with the eisy but, I've read all the support and tried everything but reinstalling the device. Now I have 3 outdoor remotes and non of them are connecting either. Would you recommend erasing and then reinstalling the devices. A little history on the 8 button. The one inline now was a replacement for one that finally died after at least a decade of use. It will still turn on a lamp remotely but, it won't communicate with the eisy since, I got it back from repair. Everything else is working as it always has.

Thank you

Kip

What do you mean by "outdoor remotes"? Insteon battery powered mini-remotes? Those usually need to be restored, by relinking.

Try right clicking it and pick "restore device".

Per @Guy Lavoie's comment, if it's a wireless device, put it in linking mode first

Thank you Guy and Paul. I actually reloaded the image that I saved before I shipped it off for repair and when it still didn't connect, I did the restore device again and got nothing. I then thought, I havent used these since I had them since last year so, I hit the write changes and that brought them online. To answer you Guy, these are outdoor plugins that are water resistant. I have 3 that run my outdoor Holiday lights. Thank you again. I appreciate the advice.
