ELK errors after returning after power loss

My issue is that after a home power outage, eisy, pg3, internet all power up but both my Elk and Kasa node servers do not work and require a restart.  The elk node server shows an error.  The Kasa node server appears operational but eisy does not see the status of any devices.  After a node server restart they both work ok.  My assumption is that there is a sequence issue with the power up as internet typically comes up after the eisy, etc.  what steps should I take after the next occurrence?
