We have added a new log viewer to the Admin Console for anyone interested in viewing the low-level detailed logs for Z-Wave, Zigbee, Matter, etc. Just go to Tools | Log Viewer and from there you can select the log to view, search the log, and capture logs. There are also short cuts to capture logs for Z-Wave, Zigbee, and Matter in their respective menus. When creating tickets, capturing a log is a good way to provide more detailed information to help debug the issue. 3 2
