joepoway Posted March 17 Posted March 17 I performed the firmware update today via the UD app followed by a reboot and my Eisy will not connect to the internet. It doesn't show up on the Portal, my UD phone app or the Admin counsel. I have unplugged it and powered back on several times as well as powering off my router that the Eisy is hard wired to and no luck. Any suggestions on how to get it back online? Harrisrc740 Posted March 23 Posted March 23 Guess I should have checked here first, having the same issue. I purchased another EISY thinking my EISY was taking out by a power outage. The new EISY was online for maybe 30 minutes and took update and now acting exactly like the old one. Looking at my network router I see the new EISY mac online IPv6 but not IPv4. Please help, opened a ticket with UDI, so hopefully I get some answers soon Quote
