TheWabit Posted March 22 Posted March 22 (edited) Good Afternoon Trying to Zwave Bali shades. 1 and 2 connected fine as Zy017-1- Class C Motor Control. Works well with Alexa. the other 2 connect as a Dimmer Switch. Alexa just says "Shade 3 not responding. Any way to force these as a Motor Control? Edited March 22 by TheWabit
Techman Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Probably best to uninstall, factory reset the shade motor, then try installing again. Make sure you have good Zwave coverage at the shades. Depending on the quality of your zwave mesh network you may need a zwave repeater.
TheWabit Posted March 23 Author Posted March 23 Thank you! I have tried this several times now and it keeps coming up as a Dimmer Switch. The EISY is right next to them so I dont think distance is an issue.
