Good Afternoon

Trying to Zwave Bali shades. 1 and 2 connected fine as Zy017-1- Class C Motor Control. Works well with Alexa. the other 2 connect as a Dimmer Switch. Alexa just says "Shade 3 not responding. Any way to force these as a Motor Control?

Probably best to uninstall, factory reset the shade motor, then try installing again. Make sure you have good Zwave coverage at the shades. Depending on the quality of your zwave mesh network you may need a zwave repeater.

Thank you! I have tried this several times now and it keeps coming up as a Dimmer Switch. The EISY is right next to them so I dont think distance is an issue.
