Please let me know where to go from here on the firmware update, so I stopped getting this available for her notification popping up Thank You for your time
March 26Mar 26 @GSutherland Both your PG3x and your polisy/eisy firmware need updating, it could take up to 30 minutes What are your current UI and Firmware versions? I agree with @Guy Lavoie, you should run the update from the admin console
March 27Mar 27 Author Hello, I’ve done updates on the app and I’ve done it logged in neither one completes the updates and I’ve been doing this for three days straight and I can’t get any of the updates to finish or even to try to install…. so where do I go from here? Any thoughts?

April 1Apr 1 I had the same problem over the past few months, but I always put it off. I did a ticket this morning, and the Boss got it all figured out and I am back current. Woohoo! Cheers,
