Elk Plugin for Eisy

Have been using UD devices for 12+ years. I just set up an eisy from scratch. I installed and configured the Elk plugin. All seems to be working well except that when viewing the Elk Controller module via the Admin console, the M1EXP Status, constantly connects for 5 seconds, then disconnects for 1 second, then repeats the cycle for hours.  Any idea how to resolve this?

Also when I purchased the the plugin, in my purchase history, it shows reinstall. Is this because I set up the trial first? Do I need to reinstall?

Thanks,

Hal

I'm not sure on this as I don't use the Elk plugin. Maybe others can help specifically. However, I recall some saying that only one wifi connection can be made at a time (or something like that).

No, at least don't think so. I just checked my "Purchases" and all installed/functioning plugins show "re-install". Any plugins that I don't currently have installed just show "Install". Should be good as you see it.

Edit: Moved to the Elk plugin area of the forums. You might look at other threads for connection issues.
