That's weird. Were you seing statuses in the previous release?

Please check the eisy-ui log for errors soon after startup. Statuses are obtained on a mqtt connection, so I'm wondering if the connection succeeds or not.

That is after login and only on the one without 8443.  Again the manually added one with 8443 works fine in the admin console.

on the Eisy-ux, I think I did see status in the old version ; I can do control just fine.

I didn't do any testing after changing to the new ISY version, worked fine before that, just don't know if something after that changed things.

Make sure to login with your portal credentials. Everything on port 443 requires portal creds, not IoX creds.

To get back to the regular IoX, I'm pretty sure an upgrade packages would do it. But I don't think that would fix statuses though.

I have the same issue as @sjenkins

If I login to default connection on AC with portal login, AC loads but I get these messages popping up every 20 seconds or so

 

Creating the manual one works fine with local user name /  password

I am experiencing similar but a bit different results.

I cannot log into into AC with finder on 8080 LAN, it wont even try

I can log into AC with finder on 80 LAN I get the XML Parse errors.

I can log into 8443 LAN with no parse errors.

I have rebooted numerous times.

Other than that, the install went beautifully.

I don't see any option to "Move to Temperature" like the AC has.  And it works fine in the AC.

Also, one of the flags, Relay at Full On, has incorrect data.  It shows as True/False but should be On/Off.  This is for an i3 paddle on the flag node. See SS.  Also, the Mode should be showing "Relay" not True.

There is no scenes support at this time.

I do have a Hue bulb using zigbee, and I see the Move to temperature. However, the input box does not allow to change the value directly, only allows to go up and down. Will fix that.

You should find the Move To Temperature on the same node as in AC.

@TJF1960, @GTench, @sjenkins or anyone with the XML Parse error, when starting AC, please leave the Java console open. Can you see an error message appearing in the console at the same time as the popup in AC?

UPDATE: I'm now able to reproduce it. Will be working on a fix.

Is it for all status?

If so, please take a look a the eisy-ui log after a startup. 

Look for errors related to MQTT.

@bmercier I don't see the popup in the Java console. It just appears over the AC. Also 8080 does not work for me either

I'm now able to reproduce the parse error. Will work on a fix.

What's not working with 8080? There has been no changes, 8080 is the http port for IoX. If it's a login problem, use yout IoX creds.

I use 8443 with a local ip address and local logon

I know 8080 is there as the base use but I thought with EISY that was turned off, so I don't use it.

for some reason this "went away" in the AC logon screen & was replaced with the same local ip but with no port (80 I presume)

that's where the popups show up.

when I add back manually an 8443 with local ip, local login all is fine.

I think the only oddball thing here is either with the new ISY or with the eisyui, it seems to be advertising the 80-port logon.

if I use the non-local ipv6 ip and non-local login all is ok as well.

not really a problem for an advanced user but will be an issue with others

Just get a spinning pointer then nothing. The AC does not open at all. 

The 8443 added manually works with Iox login. The 8443 that was automatically added works with portal login. The 8080 that was added manually just does not work/respond

With eisy-ui installed and running, the IoX finder is expected to find it, that is normal.

This means that the only but to fix here is the parse error. I'm on it.

I can't attach SS for some reason.  But in the AC there is "Move to Temperature", "Move Temperature" and "Step Temperature".  In the new UI "Move to Temperature" is not present.

For i3 Paddles (and i3 Dial) on the flag node the options are:

Mode - Relay or Dimmer

Program Lock, Resume Dim, Relay at Full On, Key Beep, Disable RF and Error Blink are all On or Off.

The selection drop downs are correct with the right options. It is only the current status on the top half of the screen that show True/False incorrectly.

NOW I get it.

I may be the only slow one but for others maybe.

With eisyui service stopped it looks like before, listing my eisy with local ip and 8443 port.

(Was going to insert pics but I can't upload files as the forum has been giving me 200 errors all morning)

With the eisyui service running it finds my eisy with normal local ip and no port listed (assuming 80)

I am understanding from bmercier that this is intended condition.

The admin console is correct.  The eisy ui has the correct value options in the drop downs.  But the upper status display is only showing True/False.

This is not related to eisy-ui. 8080 is the HTTP port for IoX.
Are you sure you did not make a typo when adding 8080?
http://eisy.local:8080/desc (make sure you did not enter https)

This is the IoX Finder, not the Java console. 

But regardless, it's no longer required. The XML Parse error has been fixed in dev and will be included in the next release.
