What is current status of Matter devices?

I have successfully added three Eve Energy(Matter) plugs to eisy using the new Setup Code method in UD Mobile.  These plugs were already part of a Thread Border Router setup using Apple TV and the HomeKit app.  I decided to get some experience with Matter last year and used these to run Christmas decorations.  I have several Apple TV's around the house, so access to the Thread network is excellent.  Now with the ability to add these plugs to eisy, I can use it to create more robust programming unavailable in HomeKit.  It's very fast and has so far been very reliable.  Please note that only On/Off is available in eisy right now.  I assume we will eventually get some of the energy information so I can monitor that to tell me when bulbs need to be replaced.

A few more updates.  I WAS able to add an EVE Matter over thread Outlet (hurray!).

The I attempted to add a matter over thread Smartwings shade.  In this case it was succesfully however, in the app and in the admin console, there is no way to actually control it (see pic below):

Great,  Please open a ticket for the device without control so it can be forwarded to the correct location.
