Ed Sybesma Posted Monday at 07:55 PM Posted Monday at 07:55 PM Is there any method for editing programs outside of administrative console,, e.g., in a text editor or Word, and then import them into EISY? Quote
Techman Posted Monday at 09:08 PM Posted Monday at 09:08 PM The only other option would be to use UD Mobile Why don't you want to use the admin console as that's the best option Quote

The reason a word processing alternative would be useful Is that I have a few moderately large programs which I occasionally wish to copy and modify many lines. I was just hoping, but it's not a common or significant issue. 1 Quote

Mind numbing. I'm REALLY hoping the new User Interface will allow more typical Copy & Paste of both line items and whole chunks from Programs. 1 Quote

I agree, writing programs where you have to keep using drop down menus for everything is very inefficient. It is well suited to having just a few programs that are very infrequently modified because of the fact that you can't make mistakes and don't have to remember the language. Not at all well suited to having lots of programs. 1 Quote
