Posted July 13Jul 13 Hi, for the past 3 days all my plugins are restarting at 2:33am. This normally only ever happens if there is a power failure or a manual reboot of EISY. I’ve made no changes and don’t see anyone else reporting a similar issue. It really wouldn’t be a problem as all plugins with the exception of Ring return to normal operation on their own. Ring requires manual intervention to re authenticate which is obviously a problem since I use my cameras as motion sensors… any thoughts as to why this may be happening?
July 13Jul 13 @shawnv I know Ring has an update to get authentication working so be sure that one is updated. Otherwise, please post your Firmware version (actual number). What ISP do you have? Sometimes I see drops from Comcast (Xfinity) about 2am, but it’s been a while since it happened daily. I wonder if you’re having ISP drops and it’s triggering something. Might be best to open a support ticket to see if UD sees any errors in the Polyglot log(s).
