Light turns on with command of Lamplinc.

Hello everyone,

I have a Lamplinc that turns on everyday in my living room when it is sunset. Recently, the Fanlinc light portion turns on at the same time. They are not linked in any way. The program I have for the Lamp does not have it in there. There are no routines or scenes that they are integrated with other than one. I disabled that routine and it still turns on. In the log, I can see it turn on but it doesn't say what turns it on. I was going to take apart the fan to get to the fanlinc and just factory reset it if needed. It is just a pain to get to because of the height and disassembly.

Would anyone know how else to see what is causing this?

It's a fanlinc that identifies as a lamplinc...

Might it be part of a scene? If you look at the fanlinc device in Admin Console, do you see it as a responder to any other device.

I'd try a "restore device" to both devices (separately).

If that doesn't get it, try factory resetting the lamplinc and restoring.

If that doesn't work, the next step is getting a ladder for the fan linc

Before climbing a ladder to reset the Fanlinc, if you're just looking at the "Log" and not the "Event Viewer", then you might try opening the Event Viewer and setting it to Level 3 a little before sunset.  That should allow you to see all the communication that is happening when your Lamplinc turns on.  At least all the communication that your PLM can see.

Another thing to do would be to run Tools->Diagnostics->Show Device Links Table and post the results here.  That will tell us the address of all the devices that can control the Lamplinc.
