I have the android version.of UD mobile and it syncs up fine with a Polisy running 6.0.0

I had a similar sync issue (different message but app crashed when trying to sync. Javi recommended updating to a new UD Mobile version 1.3.4.  I'm having some other issues with PG3, but upgrading to 1.3.4 fixed the sync issue on my iPhone and iPad.

Are you on iOS? It looks like I’m on version 1.3 but I’m not seeing 1.3.4 in the App Store.

I have 'TestFlight' on my iPhone and UD Mobile updates through that (this might give me advanced releases?)  However, on my iPad, I see that UD Mobile version 1.3.4 downloaded from the App Store a few days ago.

I’m also having sync errors since upgrading to 6.0.  These 2 errors occur during sync when “Getting family Nodeserver” (running UDM 1.3.4 on iOS).

I don't think they are errors which will cause issues.  It is likely an invalid format in a human readable name for a node server.  The next version will list the Family (i.e. Node-Server, Insteon, etc) and instance (i.e. node server slot).  Please post the same screenshot when they Family and instance are displayed and we can investigate further.
