Posted 7 hours ago7 hr I am trying to temporarily user an older ISY994 and have issues getting the Zooz Zen71 switches to join my Z- Wave network.. I was able to get an older Aotech binary switch online, but these do not seem to be visible within discovery even when the other switch is close - ideas? For association, the directions indicate 3x the top paddle. I also tried excluding, etc. no dice. The ISY994 just does not see it. I have the Z-wave board (500 series - I believe) - without the antenna. Thank you! Steve
5 hours ago5 hr Try doing a factory reset on the switch, then an exclusion, inclusion on the ISY HOW TO FACTORY RESET THE ZEN71 Press and hold the lower paddle for 10 seconds or more until the LED indicator starts blinking. Release the paddle and immediately after, tap the lower paddle 5 times to complete the reset. The LED indicator will flash blue 3 times and turn red for 3 seconds to confirm a successful reset.
