December 7, 2025Dec 7 Had a quick power outage yesterday and after everything came back up I received a pop up that there was an update available for my eisy.I didn't have time to look at it then, but received another push notification this morning for the "update" and dug in to find this message on the firmware screen in UD mobile.Any idea what's happening?
December 7, 2025Dec 7 Solution What version does Finder or AC report you are running? 6,0.3? 6.0.0?When you go to Polyglot, does it report and update to 3.4.5?

December 7, 2025Dec 7 In the admin console, You also need to do a "Upgrade Packages", after that completes you'll need to clear your java cache and download the Iox LauncherSeveral system components are upgraded. Edited December 7, 2025Dec 7 by Techman
December 7, 2025Dec 7 Hmm, I just upgraded my test controller from 6.0.0 to 6.0.3. Admin console works and shows the new version, but now I can't log into polyglot or eisy-ui. Browser simply says no response. even after a couple of controller reboots.
December 14, 2025Dec 14 Same issue here. I'm getting update available notifications on UDMobile for both of my eISYs and the same screen in the update firmware. I'm on 6.0.3 and i says upgrade to 6.0.0. In the AC, the release notes say to use UDMobile to upgrade, the dialog says to simply press upgrade packages. Which is correct or does it not matter?

My Polyglot needed to be updated. On 12/7/2025 at 3:43 PM, Techman said:In the admin console, You also need to do a "Upgrade Packages", after that completes you'll need to clear your java cache and download the Iox LauncherSeveral system components are upgraded. Thanks that's what I did,. The messaging on that notification in the mobile app did not show the packages that needed updating.
