Admin Console locks up

Featured Replies

I have an eisy running 5.8.0 and because of work travel, for the past year I haven't logged into the admin console (macMini on MacOS 26). I logged in a few weeks ago using IoX Finder and there was a large # of popups showing device communication failure. While I expect device communication failures b/c it has been so long since I logged in, what I'm experiencing is that I'm unable to close any of the popup failure windows and the entire UI is unresponsive after they all pop-up. They all look to be device communication failures.

I remember in the past that sometimes you had to close out the first pop-up that occurred, even though it is on the bottom of others. However, I've gone through all of them trying to find the first one but none of them are responding to the Esc key being pressed or the 'x' button being pushed.

I want to get into admin-console to get rid of some of these old devices.

I'm able to still control devices using UD Mobile app.

Any ideas of how to troubleshoot or fix?

That's the problem. Nothing in the UI (including menu) is responding to input with all of the failure popup windows. And that (start.jnlp) is how I'm accessing the Admin Console.
