Just upgraded to IoX Launcher Version 6.0.4. It just so happens that I had an upgrae to Java at the same time. Dumb luck.

Where can I find the statup.jnlp file so I can "create" a new version of the Admin Console that is compatible with Version 6.0.4

Found it. Just forgot to clear the Java cache
