13 hours ago13 hr I've been fighting this battle for a year ... trying to get a KPL button to control a MH device through a scene. Nothing has worked - removing scenes, removing the KPL and re-adding, removing the MH device, even swapping to a new MH device. I ended up putting an Insteon on-off plug in front to turn it on and off and linked that to the scene, which did the trick. Not as elegant as it should be, but functional (especially for my other half who has chided me for a year "why doesn't it just work like it used to!"Just a note for others who are battling a similar issue :)
13 hours ago13 hr Ok let's start slow... what is a MH device? If it's not an Insteon device, then you might need to use a program to get it to work. How does the device appear in admin console? Does it show a "Membership" column on the right when you view the device node? Edited 13 hours ago13 hr by Guy Lavoie
13 hours ago13 hr It’s been a few years since I started used these devices in scenes What I found was they became non-responsive over time but would work in scenes again if power was removed from them. Non I’ve got very inexpensive zwave devices that a program cycles power off and on each night. They work consistently in eISY scenes. Not elegant and not better than what you did but an FYI.
