someguy Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 I've tried about a dozen different weatherbug data sites and I have the same data. I even tried a zip code far away and my numbers don't change. Yes, I click "save". Any ideas?
Sub-Routine Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 Hi someguy, Does your NTP server update? Can you send notifications? Have you changed anything on your network? Rand
someguy Posted August 14, 2010 Author Posted August 14, 2010 No. I cannot send notifications and my NTP server does not update. I am getting an error when I try to synchronize my NTP server and it gives these errors: any ideas?
someguy Posted August 14, 2010 Author Posted August 14, 2010 I tried disabling the NTP serve synchronization and when I re-enabled it, it seems to work. I am now able to get updated climate data, so that problem is solved. For a brief period, I was unable to use the notifications also. This seems to be fixed also. What is the common denominator between the weatherbug data, the NTP server and the notification system? Obviously Rand knew that these were connected.
Sub-Routine Posted August 14, 2010 Posted August 14, 2010 I'm glad you got it fixed. I think it's an issue with the router. What is the common denominator between the weatherbug data, the NTP server and the notification system? Obviously Rand knew that these were connected. They all need access to the internet.
