For this issue you'll need to clear your Java cache and download a new start.jnlp from the UD site (near the top of the site click on "My ISY" and save the start.jnlp file). Otherwise you can also download the admin.jnlp file directly from the ISY994 device (http://<ISY-IP-ADDRESS>/admin.jnlp - remove the <> and use the IP of your device). When you clear the java cache be sure you select all 3 boxes!What computer OS are you using?
