Wow, Just Wow. What Amazing Customer Support!!

My eisy suddenly went offline yesterday afternoon. I tried everything to get it back online. Nothing would work. I tried so many suggested solutions but nothing worked. At first even the service representative's were stumped. The reason was that somehow my routers DNS entries had gotten corrupted and had the incorrect entry for the primary DNS. This is not something you would normally think of. Luckily I got to chat online with Benoit Mercier that was able to log into my Macbook and ran numerous scripts on my PC and finally found the corrupt DNS that was causing all the issues. Considering this just started out of the blue who would think of DNS settings! I cannot state enough the relief I had once he found this and got my system back online. I have well over 100 devices controlled by my eisy with numerous micro relay's that cannot be accessed so I no longer had access to use those devices.
