Levolor Motorized Blind Plugin

I just created my first plugin and posted to the beta store. It runs the Levolor motorized blinds. If you have those blinds and the bridge for connecting them to the internet this should work for you. It is pretty straight forward, it tells you the radio signal level, the battery level, the blind position, and lets you change the blind position to any percent you like. It works entirely on your LAN. It works for me so far, assuming it will work for anyone with the InMotion Levolor system.

EDIT: added open/close/stop along with already included set position. I see that the library includes tilt, favorite position, and slant. But my blinds are honeycomb blinds and aren't capable of those actions. If someone has levolor blinds with those functions, I can add them and see if they work for you.

EDIT: It is in the production store as a trial right now. If I don't see any issues I'll make a perpetual license for it,.
