Hello,

I just fully upgraded my firmware and tried to access the new eisy ui. I can get to it from the http and the https, but when I try to login using same credentials I use to login to the portal it gives error (Error Logging in to plugins service).

Please advise what to do now.

I can still access from my phone and from IoX launcher.

it got in but gave this error: (Error: Api not found)

it gave this for nodes and plug ins. So i can't see any of my devices.

Also under insteon, it keep on loading forever

Have you tried reboot?

If that does not work may need to restart via ssh.

I did, do I need to cut power completely?

Before ssh try upgrade packages again + wait 10 min.

If that does not work, ssh to eisy: ssh admin@ipaddress.

Then a sinlge command (below), wait a few seconds then check if the page loads.

sudo service isy restart
sudo service eisy-ui restart
sudo service udx restart

The restart worked, thank you.
