Hi all,

Tried to login to my Polisy today via Etsy-ui and got this message. on the login screen: "eisy is not reachable".

I was able to login using the AC and got several messages that "packages were being/had been upgraded". I was also able to access via SSH. Tried re-booting but still can't access via eisy-ui.

Is anyone else seeing this or have experienced something similar?

Polisy upgrades can sometimes need a second reboot to finalize correctly. Try power cycling it.

Since you can log in by admin console, you could try redoing the upgrade from there.

I ran the update (1403005>1404000) from the AC and power cycled again. Still got the message on my Mac but decided to try and access using my iPhone and was successful.

So I cleared the cache, cookies and saved password for eisy-ui on Safari on my Mac and was able to login. It seems like the update requires the browser to be "cleared" in order to use eisy-ui afterwards.

I am experiencing the same problem. I've upgraded via Admin Console, cleared web cache and rebooted, but I still getting "Eisy is not reachable" on the web interface login screen.

@cranrob Were you able to login? If not, try typing the IP address for your Eisy in the browser rather than a shortcut like "eisy.local". The other thing I did was to clear the passwords app on my Mac.
