I have lurked in your forum for over a year, now. We have made our dream a reality and built our dream home. I have begun the process of converting my lighting switches over to Insteon. I decided that I would use an ISY-99 to control my system. The decision was influenced in large part by the tremendous support I have witnessed from UDI and the members of this forum.

 

Alright, here's my fool question. All of a sudden, when I click on "My ISY", the administrative console comes up but it does not ask me to log-in and there is no information in it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Did you have a power surge lately?

 

First thing would be to try a reset on the ISY. Remove power for a few seconds or quickly press the reset button through the small hole on the front of the case.

I can't say that I had a power surge but I had to reset my DSL modem, yesterday. I noticed the problem around the same time.

 

As soon as I reset the ISY everything returned to normal. Thanks, Rand That's why I bought the ISY!
