Empty dialog boxes in UD Admin Console using ISY/Powerlinc

I just set up my ISY-99i and Powerlinc Modem last night. I was able to link to all of the devices without any issues. This morning, however, I have a problem I didn't have last night.

Any dialog box that I get comes up empty--the buttons are still available on the bottom, but there is no text or feedback in the box. Also, Current State for devices is empty--I can see their current state where they are included in scenes, but not for the individual devices. Some examples can be seen at

The dialog boxes appear to work--if I click Responder/Controller it toggles, so I can still add things to scenes, but since I can't read the boxes or remember what they said, my functionality is severely diminished since last night.

I have the ISY-99i RF module, the Powerlinc Modem, 7-9 Smartlinc on/off switches, and a lamp module. I have Windows Vista and updated Java before setting up the ISY.

Any suggestions?

It worked fine all of yesterday, but last night I woke up and noticed that the floodlights had not turned off as they were programmed to do. I turned them off manually, but this morning as I check the computer I see that none of my lights show a current state, either individually or in their scenes. Querying them does not do anything.

In addition, it appears that all of my programs have been cleared out--they are still there, but in Program Details, the Program Content is empty, and I can't put anything in there--it could be a problem with rendering again, in that I just can't see it.

I cleared the Java cache again and rebooted the ISY from the Admin Console.

Hello bonesheal,

Apologies for the inconvenience. I think the problem is the PLM.

Would you be kind enough to:

1. Go to Tools | Diagnostics | PLM Status/Info ... see if it says Connected

2. If so (connected), reboot ISY, and then retry step 1

Please let me know the results.

With kind regards,

Michel

It did say the PLM was connected. I rebooted from the console, and when it came back up everything was back, even the programs. After rebooting, it still says connected.

You have solved my problem, but I'm confused about why it didn't come back when I rebooted this morning.

Thanks!

The last "Start" was at 6:54 a.m., when i rebooted, but the most recent one before that was at 1:20 p.m. on Sunday, after which everything was still working.

At 5:24pm Sunday, it ran a program to turn lights on, but did not turn them off at 10pm as was programmed. It appears to have turned on a hallway light by the program at 6:30 a.m. At 6:33 a.m., I had noticed that the outdoor lights were on and turned them off through software, but by that time I couldn't see any statuses or programs in Admin Console.

Monday, 5pm:

I presume you're referring to the Log column, correct? There is a -2 long before the non-functioning period, but everything looked right during the period in question. There were other numbers (-110012, -5012) in the Log column at other times, but also not at the time in question. I'd be happy to post or send the log if it's helpful.

Tuesday, 9:30 a.m.

The programs seem to have stopped running again last night at 3:21 a.m--the morning program didn't run, and the log has nothing in it after 3:21.
