south Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Hi, it seems that all my E-Mail has been "Migrated" and I do not know how to get them so that I am able to edit any of them. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get them back?
Michel Kohanim Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Hi South, From which release did you upgrade from and what URL are you using to access your ISY? With kind regards, Michel
south Posted December 20, 2010 Author Posted December 20, 2010 I access from here: http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/2.8.9/ This started when I upgraded from 2.7.15 I believe. I may have been after that, not sure.
Michel Kohanim Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Hello south, This must be a bug and it has been reported twice. I am so very sorry ... With kind regards, Michel
south Posted December 20, 2010 Author Posted December 20, 2010 That's no problem. Do I need to rebuild the e-mails or are there some other solution?
Michel Kohanim Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Hello south, If you would like, you can send your backup (prior to the upgrade) to support@universal-devices.com and we'll see what we can do to recover it. With kind regards, Michel
Avonlea22 Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 I just installed my ISY 99i last night and I'm having the same issue.
Michel Kohanim Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Hello Avonlea22, What is your firmware version and which URL are you using? This bug has been fixed in 2.8.10. With kind regards, Michel
Avonlea22 Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 Firmware is 2.7.15 Address is the one provided with my instructions: http://www.universal-devices.com/99i I just opened up my console using http://www.universal-devices/99i/2.8.10 Is that the correct thing to do? Things seem (so far) fixed this way. Update: Got it to work. Updated firmware and was able to set up notification and successfully tested a text notification. Is there a way to test an actual custom notification?
Sub-Routine Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 Hi Avonlea22, Glad to read you updated the ISY. AFAIK the only way to test the custom notification is to use it in a program and run the program. Right-click the program and Run (Then). Rand Firmware is 2.7.15Address is the one provided with my instructions: http://www.universal-devices.com/99i I just opened up my console using http://www.universal-devices/99i/2.8.10 Is that the correct thing to do?
