I've never heard of these nor do I find any info on UDI website. Something new?

Hi Jon,

 

They are utility specific devices which are NOT in production and only used in conjunction with utility pilots. One feature they have is the ability to communicate with Zigbee SEP Smart Meters. But, even that is not production because SEP is not finalized.
