arzoo Posted December 28, 2010 Share Posted December 28, 2010 Hi - I have been accessing the ISY admin console using a browser with no problems but I recently tried launching the java app directly (no browser). The app comes up fine but when I click the "Configuration" tab I get two pop-ups. One states "Request Failed" and the other asks me to confirm if "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of use as outlined in:" with a link to the prod-disclaimer.pdf file. I clicked "Yes" but these pop-ups continue each time I start the admin console directly. The other strange thing is, on the config page, there's no SMTP settings? Any ideas what's going on and why I'm getting the "Request Failed" error? Thanks! Link to comment
