kupermanp
Hi, I am having a problem when I log into the administrative console of my isy99pro the status field is blank. Everything was previously working fine and I haven't changed anything. The devices still work. That is I can use the console to turn things off and on which I can visually verify. My mobilinc ipad application shows the status correctly. Additionally many of the dialog boxes are blank as well. When I tried to check the link table. The check seemed to run (I hit start and the start button "greyed" and after a minute came back to normal) but there was no text in the dialog box. It also appears that some of my programs are not working. All my programs that involve timers do not seem to be running the then (I believe this is a separate issue). I can look at the program detail and see them running but the light never turns back off I have tried reseting the java cache and certificates but that didn't work. This happens on three separate computers. One of these does not have a firewall installed so I don't think its firewall issues. Again my ipad app works fine. My current firmware is 2.7.15 Any ideas
Michel Kohanim
Hello kupermanp, I do apologize for the inconvenience. Since you have cleared your Java cache, can you tell me whether or not you have a firewall software which may be blocking ISY? When you do not get status updates, usually the problem is firewall related. With kind regards, Michel
kupermanp
Yes and no. Two of the computers I have tried to access the isi99 use kaspersky, and one uses the generic windows firewall. They are all displaying the same problem even when the firewall is shut down. K
