johnmsch Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Just built a new PC, running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I can bring up the ISY console, but can't get any status fields to update. Nothing happens when I do the query. From the "Main" tab, the "Current State" column is blank all the way down. Any ideas? Thanks
Walrus Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 What firewall or anti-virus software are you running if any? I had this problem with ESET NOD32.. had to turn off HTTP filtering
johnmsch Posted February 1, 2011 Author Posted February 1, 2011 I'm running Kaspersky AV 2010. I've looked around in all the settings, but don't see anything that might be blocking it. Since the admin console can get the list of the devices from the ISY, I don't understand why it can't get each device's status.

johnmsch Posted February 1, 2011 Author Posted February 1, 2011 Thanks Lee, but that still did not work. I went through each one of the steps, but still can't get the status column. When I pause Kaspersky, it works fine.
