johnmsch Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 Just built a new PC, running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I can bring up the ISY console, but can't get any status fields to update. Nothing happens when I do the query. From the "Main" tab, the "Current State" column is blank all the way down. Any ideas? Thanks Link to comment

johnmsch Posted February 1, 2011 Author Share Posted February 1, 2011 I'm running Kaspersky AV 2010. I've looked around in all the settings, but don't see anything that might be blocking it. Since the admin console can get the list of the devices from the ISY, I don't understand why it can't get each device's status. Link to comment
