Shinshi Posted February 12, 2011 Posted February 12, 2011 I have just setup an ISY-26 and it is connected to my network. I can access it through my browser, but when I go to the Admin Console, I see an "Error: Click for Details". I've looked at the details, but it doesn't mean anything to me, so not sure what I need to do to correct it. Any ideas? Here is the error details... Sub-Routine Posted February 12, 2011 Posted February 12, 2011 Hi Shinshi, You will need toTelnet to the ISY to Factory Reset it. You probably also want to Format the SD card (FS). Then follow with the FR command. Use this link to open the console: My ISY Upgrade to the latest firmware: Official Firmware Release: 2.7.15 Rand
Shinshi Posted February 16, 2011 Author Posted February 16, 2011 That worked for me. The version number was the latest already, but one of those things corrected the Java error and I have no problem now accessing the ISY admin console. Thanks Rand!
