MickFerrer Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Hi. I'm new to this ISY thing, and am hoping somebody can help me out. I purchased the ISY 99i, and had it working for a bit until it completely froze. The Power, RX and TX LEDs are solid, and I've tried rebooting, but nothing has changed. When I tried logging into the device it did not ask me for the user name or password like it did the first time I successfully logged on, nor is any data on my unit available. In other words, the program come up, but there's nothing there. Before I encountered this issue (when I was able to login) I tried adding the "My Lighting" query, but it would not save the changes. I also tried other things like updating my user name and password, but it would come back with an error. I can't tell you what the error is now, since I cannot even get into the unit. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP! Mick
LeeG Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 According to the ISY User Guide a solid RX LED indicates a PLM communication problem. Suggestion is to unplug PLM for 10 seconds. Also check cable between ISY and PLM. Not sure if the TX LED also being on means something else.
Sub-Routine Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Hi Mick, Please disconnect the PLM cable from the ISY and reboot the ISY. If you can access the ISY then we have to blame the cable or PLM. Rand
