macjeff Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 I had some initial issues with my ISY-99i. Rand worked with me over a weekend and we got it working. Then shortly afterwards it stopped again. Since Rand is on Central Time Zone, Michel helped out. I was in a hurry because I was leaving town so Michel said he would rebuild it all from scratch. He basically worked almost all night (All night for me on EST). When he was done it worked fine and all I had to do is re-enter some programs that had to be deleted. This is beyond expectations. They offered many times to take the product back no questions asked but with support like this I knew that I was in good hands so I declined to return it. Thanks again guys, Jeff
