No response to tech support email?

I sent an email early Thursday morning with a question about replacing the AC adapter on an ISY. I immediately received an auto-response confirming the request, but thus far I have not heard from a human being. It seemed like a pretty straightforward question. This is a very unusual delay for UDI. I just want to make sure the message was received.

Thanks, Michel. I knew I had missed it! This is exactly why I am in the process of switching to a new email address from my AT&T/Yahoo account. I don't get the emails I want, but I do get dozens of spam emails ever day! Please send me a PM to let me know what details you need. You guys are the best.
