mdcastle Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 My ISY-26 has been working OK for some time, but now it's developed some issues: 1.) Everything under "Devices" works correctly and reports the correct status of devices. 2.) Under the Admin Console, the status of all devices is blank. All devices have ramp rate 9 min and on level 0% 3.) I can add and remove devices from scenes. Changing the on level, ramp rate has no effect. 4.) I have tried unplugging both ISY and the PLM. 5.) Enabling / Disabling programs takes many tries to see any effect. 6.) All programs, scenes, etc are working correctly.
Brian H Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Do you have a firewall or anti virus that recently updated? I know that Avast 6.0.1289 made some problems for me and there are a few threads here on what fixes we found out. Here is one of the threads. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6933
mdcastle Posted November 28, 2011 Author Posted November 28, 2011 I am in fact running AVAST 6.0.1289. I'll research when I get more time tonight.
mdcastle Posted November 28, 2011 Author Posted November 28, 2011 Unfortunately I tried all the recommended solutions and even disabling Avast web scanning temporarily and still no luck. I'm wondering if this is a Java issue? I seem to have 1.6.0
Michel Kohanim Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Hello mdcastle, would you please try https instead of http? Some firewall software would exclude https from the firewall rules. With kind regards, Michel
Michel Kohanim Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Hello mdcastle, If your ISY's firmware version is at 2.7.15, then please try the following URL: http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp Once loaded, click on the Add button on ISY Finder and then enter the HTTPS IP address for your isy (i.e https://your.isy.ip.address) and retry. Also, what do you see when you to go Tools | Diagnostics | PLM Status/Info? With kind regards, Michel
mdcastle Posted December 8, 2011 Author Posted December 8, 2011 When I click on the link it loads the Admin Console and I don't see anything that looks like "ISY Finder". PLM status is "9.39BD v52 / Connected" Firmware is in fact 2.7.15 Regards, Monte
Michel Kohanim Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Hi Monte, sincere apologies for tardy reply. At this point and in order not to waste more of your time, would you be kind enough to use the Submit a ticket button below so that we can schedule a remote session for you? With kind regards, Michel
