Hi,

So now I've got all my hard wired devices controllable from the isy99. But the direction for finding the remotelinc dont seem to work. I put the remotelinc in linking mode, but in the window then next thing that comes up is a window stating "new insteon device" - there's nothing about this in the directions - how do I figure out the name and address?

 

Second issue:

control and response from my Venstar t1800 seem a little spartan. I would have thought I could read the temperature, reprogram the settings, etc. Its found it but basically just reads "heat on" or "cold off"

For the RemoteLinc the Name is your choice The Insteon Address is found in the battery box along the bottom edge. Remove the bottom battery to see label.
