handyman300 Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 Any chance at getting the TED 5000 energy monitor system integrated with the isy99i. I have 3 houses with a isy99i and the TED 5000 energy monitor. I really like the TED 5000 as you can get great monitoring of your electricity usage. I really like the display where you can set it for hourly cost and see exactly what is costing you money. By adding additional MTUs you can monitor specific loads. Data is available via smartphone, google meters, and 3rd party so it should be straightforward on getting the data. The information is read only so the integration would be to: Get voltage, load, cost, by individual MTU monitors www.theenergydetective.com Thanks for considering this.
Brian H Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 The TED5000 has been known to be a problem as it floods the power lines with constant signals. Some have isolated the TED5000's circuit from the rest of the installation to keep the MTU's signals off the whole home. viewtopic.php?f=40&t=5417
